01We already have an LMS and an LXP. Why do we need this?
Keep them. Superworker is not a replacement for anything you own; it's the layer above it. Your systems hold the content; Superworker turns it into one sequenced path per person, coached daily, with evidence of change. It's the reason the things you already bought finally get used.
02How fast is deployment, honestly?
Days, not quarters. Setup (US$32,000, once) covers configuration, integration, security and localisation. A pilot runs in one business unit first; when it works, you add people to the cohort. No second project.
03What does “capped at $1 per journey” actually mean?
You pay per user, per active journey, per month, at a rate set by your industry tier, and the per-user total is capped. No usage overages, no per-connector fees, no separate analytics line. The calculator on the pricing page shows your estimate in ten seconds.
04Is the Companion a chatbot?
No. It's a coach: role-aware, grounded in your content and policies, aligned to ICF, EMCC and COMENSA coaching codes, and bias-aware. It closes every interaction with a doable step, and it escalates early to people when anything sensitive appears.
05Where does our data live, and who can see it?
Your tenant runs on Microsoft Azure in your chosen region and stays there by default. You are the Controller; we are the Processor, POPIA and GDPR aligned. No selling telemetry, no training public models on your content. The full evidence pack is on the Diligence page.
