Security

We protect what matters: access, data, change, recovery. Hosted on Microsoft Azure with encryption in transit and at rest, SSO and MFA, role-based administration, audit logs, backups and disaster recovery.
You choose your region; your data stays there by default.
We're honest about status: we are not ISO-certified; our suppliers are. We operate in line with Azure's ISO/IEC 27001, 27017 and 27018 certifications, plus SOC, GDPR, FedRAMP, PCI, CSA STAR, Australia IRAP, Singapore MTCS and Spain ENS, and we provide an evidence pack your governance team can verify.
The Companion

The Companion is assistive, transparent, and bounded by ethics. It never pretends to be human. It aligns to ICF, EMCC and COMENSA coaching standards, operates under the EU AI Act's transparency obligations, and escalates early, with warm referral paths to people, whenever safety risk is suspected. AI is assistive; people stay accountable.
Privacy follows the same line: you own your data, we process it to run the service and meet the law. POPIA and GDPR aligned, you as Controller, us as Processor. No selling telemetry. No training public models on your content.
