The Companion is unique because it’s not just another chatbot or productivity assistant; it’s an orchestration tool that’s customized to your company’s needs. It tells you what you need to learn, aligns with your business goals and priorities, and supports you in getting it done.

Yes. Your company needs a Superworker subscription first. If you can’t log in, just ask your Superworker administrator to make sure you’ve been added.

It’s part of your company’s Superworker subscription plan.

Not quite. The Companion works hand in hand with the Superworker Builder, which your company uses to set up your learning path.

The Companion is designed for mobile use only. You’ll always have it in your pocket!

No. You’ll need to be online because the app connects to your company’s learning systems and files.

Not yet! A voice chat feature is on the way, but for now, everything happens in text chat.

It’s available on both Android and iOS devices.

Getting started

Head to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for Superworker Companion to download.

Your company will create your account for you and provide your login details. If you have not received these details, reach out to your Superworker administrator.

You’ll need to allow calendar and notification access so the app can send you reminders and updates.

No. Each user has their own license and unique learning experience.

Features and use

Ask it anything related to your role, company, or goals from ‘How do I prepare for this meeting?’ to ‘Where can I learn more about leadership?’ It gives you answers based on your company’s own knowledge base.

Not directly. The Companion uses trusted company materials and data to guide you, not your personal behavior.

Yes. If your company has those platforms in its learning setup, the Companion automatically connects to them.

You probably haven’t been assigned to an Academy yet. Ask your Superworker administrator to check for you.

Your role or Academy was likely set up incorrectly. Your Superworker administrator can fix that quickly.

From your company’s SharePoint, learning management system, and other approved learning platforms and websites.

Ask your IT team to check your email or notification settings. 

Once you finish a course, your icon will change to a completion badge.

Yes! Open the course in your calendar and tap Rebook at the bottom right.

No it’s your personal performance coach. Instead of small talk, it gives you helpful next steps. For example, ask ‘Help me get ready for tomorrow’s client call,’ and it’ll guide you with real actions.

It uses your company setup, your role, Academy, and learning goals to tailor responses just for you.

Yes, so you can go back to them whenever you need to.

No. Personal conversations are not shared. Managers only see overall trends, like which topics come up most or if any inappropriate questions are flagged.

Troubleshooting

Try refreshing or restarting the app. If it still doesn’t work, contact your IT team.

Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the steps sent to your email. 

Your Superworker administrator can help you with that.

It’s probably a permissions issue. Ask your IT team to check your access and resync the links.

It’s rarely the app. Try restarting it. If that doesn’t fix it, your IT team can help.
