Superworker did not start as software, it started as work. Through VSLS we spent years inside complex organisations solving “surgical” people challenges, the kind that demand empathy, data, design, and delivery in the same room. Change gave us the psychology and the adoption playbook. Learning gave us strategic workforce planning and the science of sequencing. Communications gave us the ability to make messages move people.

VSLS is an international Human Capital provider with a practice that fuses change, learning, and agency-grade communications. We leveraged people data and organisational insight to build contextual learning and steer it through narrative and design, and we did it to standards that enterprises expect.
